I love the whole process involved around attending an event. The process of selecting a dress, the right shoes and baubles, getting the excuse to do a little pre-event pampering with a mani pedi... .all a needed girlie break from the day to day business of running a company. So when Lisa Tant invited me to the Holt Renfrew event in honor of uber blog The Coveteur I had to say yes! Ironically the day was a bit crazed and I just ended up throwing on a vintage Pucci dress at the last minute as it was literally, the first thing I saw when I pulled open the closet door! I love Pucci for events — the prints really pop on film if you happen to get photoed and a great 60s or 70s Pucci piece has this magical ability to look as fresh and new now as it did back in it's original day!
Stephanie & Erin are super girls — both were gracious and dressed to kill. It is amazing how much success they have had in such a short time and I think they will just continue to skyrocket! The event itself was amazing! Holt's outdid themselves with an A-list crowd and a beautiful set up!

In addition to seeing me in vintage check out a slew of pictures sent in from my lovely clients after the jump — these sort of piled up during the blog relaunch hiatus so I thought I would share them all at once!
Elaine, founder of Wine, Women & Shoes, looks chic in her 1950s Suzy Perette from Shrimpton Couture (she is the girl being interviewed) while my fabulous new friend, Rosiland strikes a dramatic pose in her equally dramatic 1970s Don Luis Maxi from the shop!
Tryntje insanely fabulous styling of her vintage Christian Lacroix silk dress — this is a girl who loves color so I automatically love her! Dig the neon green bag on the bench behind her!!
Must have a shoe close up!
