Views from a Paris window   +  love

I randomly came across this shot of Faye Dunaway and found myself enamored by it. For some reason it feels like such a jumble of eras to me. On the surface is is pure 1970s, but at the same time, she has a glint of the forties in there and a whisper of a thoroughly modern girl who could step out and appear on a street style blog in a heartbeat. I also love the mix of textures all in the same chic white palette. It's a great illustration of how you can dress in a monochrome and still maintain interest and depth through mixing textures and finishes.
